Love, love my life!, January 30, 2012 This review is from: Life Ionizer 9100 Ok, this was a big purchase for my family...I felt like we were buying a car, but good for our health instead of bad for the environment... Looked for ages, read so many articles my head was doing loops, watched videos and even got some books on the alkaline diet in the process, but in the end, I found the Life units to be the best for many reasons:
1. They've been around a long time.
2. Not inflated price like the mlm company.
3. Customer service and education was superb.
4. Fabulous warranty that left me worry free.
5. A money back guarantee - can't argue with that!
6. Best filtration.
7. Beautiful machines!
8. They use the most up to date technology.
9. The company embraces health in many aspects, not just trying to sell you a unit - they care!
10. I really like the options they gave me, not just one size fits all unit.

Great when it works, August 19, 2011 By This review is from: Life Ionizer 9100 I bought the 9200 model after returning a lower model that was defective. That one would not turned off. The 9200 had just come out so I purchased that. It was difficult to install and leaked. The second plumber finally was able to stop the leak. A few (3 or 4) months later the filters started to leak. They sent new gaskets and continued to leak. After numerous calls for service and he talking to the plumber he recommended I send it back for repairs. I sent it with insurance and paid over 75 dollars to ship. It was returned saying there was nothing wrong with the machine it must be the filters so they sent new filters. It worked well for another few months and it is leaking again from inside the machine this time. This time they will send a label to send the machine back. I have requested my money returned so I can buy another type of product for the water processing. I am waiting to hear what "life time warrenty" means. I have suggested I may have gotten a lemon so just send another... Read more
