I specifically bought this chair mat because it has the right dimensions and the illustration for it shows it has NO lip. It HAS a lip folks! Also, it was shipped rolled up, instead of flat. This is the third week I've had it and the wrinkles are almost out of it now. On the bright side, it is nice and thick and appears to be made of some polyethylene plastic which makes it soft but not too soft (the chair wheels don't sink into it).
